This exquisite collector's piece showcases the elegant craftsmanship expected from Tiffany. The body is wrapped in vertical strips of genuine mother of pearl, topped with a solid round iridescent cap. The brass hardware shows a charming aged patina and includes an engraved collar detail reading ‘Ministere Des Finance’
