This adorable box of enamel over copper inlay top with a wood frame and cork interior is by Annemarie Davidson of a pair of fun Pelicans on a chartreuse ground. It is individually crafted with her makers mark and stamp on the back. These are fun mid century California made Circa 1960’s. It depicts a large pelican eating while a smaller one looks on. Wonderful decor for that tropical or beach house!
Highly regarded and collected artist of her time.
