This is a vintage Bill Stewart Signed Studio Art Pottery Set - a large 10.5" serving bowl & 9" pouring pitcher / batter jug - featuring North Carolina whimsical drip glaze in teal green, burgundy red, & white.

This premium, matching collection showcases the artist's legendary, high-contrast signature drip-glaze technique—layering rich, glossy deep-teal green and burgundy red panels beneath a heavily blistered, foaming seafoam white crest line.Both substantial vessels were meticulously hand-thrown on the wheel using a heavily textured, speckled buff stoneware clay body. They are fully functional as high-end serveware, but make equally breathtaking display centerpieces for a modern, rustic, or eclectic interior.

Bill Stewart began his professional studio practice in 1981, building a massive following along the East Coast before founding the landmark Stewart's Village Gallery in historic Waxhaw, NC in 1993.
