A handsome vintage French table lamp, dating to the 1960s and combining warm wood, aged brass, and a tailored deep navy-blue oval shade.
The lamp features a round brass base and a vertically oriented wood column with a richly textured brass relief panel. Its geometric, architectural detailing gives the lamp a refined Mid-Century Modern character, while the dark fabric shade provides a sophisticated contrast and directs the warm light downward and outward.
A wonderful accent lamp for a bedside table, sideboard, desk, console, or library. Its compact proportions make it especially useful where a decorative but space-conscious lamp is needed.
