This is an absolutely CHARMING set of vintage bowls in a whimsiacal horse style by the Ceramics house Bitossi, of Florence, Italy. Designed by Aldo Londi, these are a set of six, signed and numbered of a limited edition, and are in a very collectible design. I adore the idea of these holding barcart accoutrements, set on a buffet to hold nuts and candies, or just displayed in their array of colors as the very cool midcentury artworks that they are! I have seen them for sale, one or two at a time, but not as what appears to be a complete set!
They are in great condition with just one chip to note, and a little wear to the tips of a couple of the ears.
They each measure 7" x 4" x 6" tall to top of ear.
