A rectangular box with hand-painted geometric design details in an array of colors. Hinged lid. c. 1930s. Some attributions to Paul Frankl, but no documentation. Unmarked. These boxes were often used to warehouse cigars but can easily be converted to a jewelry box. I believe the wood to be teak.
Length: 8-3/4"
Width: 6-1/2"
Height: 3-1/8"
Condition: Nice vintage condition. On a scale of 10, this is an 8. There is a slight knick on the front of the box and very minor gray paint loss. I've owned this box for 40+ years.
