The Simone Bed is crafted from solid mahogany, and is made to order. Designed by top Atlanta designer Suzanne Kasler, and made by the illustrious Hickory Chair Company from North Carolina, the Simone Upholstered bed continues to be a favorite choice for homes of good taste everywhere. This particular King size bed is in excellent condition with no smudges on the fabric and no dings on the wood. The lister bought in circa 2020, after seeing it in a movie! It was so beautiful that the lister investigated to find out where she could buy it. The Simone is glamorous, traditional, and French. It is practical because there is no high footboard to block with feet if you scoot down in the bed or if you are very tall indeed. The lister is only selling because she is downsizing to an independent living unit that cannot accommodate a King bed.
