The carcass features angular solid oak handles, a characteristic detail of the Brandon range. Three graduated drawers occupy the upper right section, with dovetail joinery visible in the drawer construction. The lower right houses a cupboard compartment fitted with a fixed internal shelf. The left section contains a full-height cupboard concealing a chrome pull-out hanging rail mounted at the upper level.

The hanging rail extends on metal runners, providing garment storage within the narrow cupboard depth. Internal door panels are finished in teak-toned tambour. The piece carries the EG manufacturer's stamp with G-Plan designation on the interior tambour panelling, confirming production provenance.

G-Plan produced the Brandon range during the 1950s and 1960s. The design prioritised compact storage configurations suited to smaller room dimensions. This piece has an attribution mark,
