Highboard made in Denmark in the 1950s, featuring a teak exterior and mahogany interior. The left side features four drawers with carved wooden handles, while the upper section features a compartment with a drop-leaf door and a pull-out drawer. The central and side compartments feature internal shelves with hinged doors. The cabinet rests on tapered oak legs joined by a shaped crosspiece, a typical detail of Scandinavian design of the period. The warm grain of the teak and the contrast with the deeper tones of the interior enhance the quality of the material and construction of the piece.
