A large and very early drawing of a Cattail and Wheat Stalk arrangement in a bottle by noted American Mixed Media Artist and teacher Bruce Dorfman. Mr. Dorfman has had many solo shows, has received several Art awards and famously taught and collaborated with Bob Dylan when both lived in Woodstock New York.
The present work is an exceptional realistic study meticulously rendered with a fine open and sweeping presentation. Signed lower left. The work is presented in a gilt wood frame with glass cover.
Dimensions: 36” high by 29” wide by .5” deep.
Condition: Please see detail photos. Original condition with several signs of age including chipping and wear to the frame, old staining to the mat and age wrinkling to the paper being mentioned for accuracy as the work itself is extraordinary.
