Designed in the iconic George V style the large sofa measures nearly 8 feet long. The case is constructed with a deep bench seat, three loose back cushions, and low squared flat shelter arms with gracefully curved supports. The hardwood frame is finished in a richly textured mustard yellow woven fabric, accented by an extensive dark patinated brass tack nailhead trim, outlining the arms, back panel, side panels, and lower apron with a subtle red-orange gimp trim beneath it. The seat is fitted with a large seat cushion, padded back, and three fitted loose seat back cushions. The sofa rests on a warm exposed walnut plinth base raised on block feet. The sofa is emblematic of Holly Hunt’s polished luxurious and modern style, making it well suited for a living room, library, lounge, or office.
