Item :
A refined and elegant pair of full Louis XV-style "pinwheel" mirrors, dating back to the mid-18th century. The mirrors feature an ornate, finely carved wooden frame finished with precious gold leaf gilding.

The cornice features an elaborate interplay of scrolls and openwork rocailles, typical of 18th-century style, which run along the entire perimeter of the frame, enriched with delicate floral motifs in relief (roses and buds).

At the bottom, each mirror retains its original two-light arm in patinated metal, decorated with leaves and corollas, designed to hold candles. Original mirrors.
