The structure stands out for its striking contrast of colors and materials: the base and square legs are finished with a delicate powder blue varnish for a pleasantly distressed look, while the rectangular top retains the wood's warm natural hue, enhanced by a splendid period patina dotted with grain, knots, and characteristic signs of aging, carefully enhanced by the protective treatment.

Particularly functional thanks to its slender silhouette, the table features two spacious front drawers complemented by elegant polished brass shell handles. Its true uniqueness lies in the extendable, drop-leaf system along one of the longer sides, also perfectly restored.
