The solid iron shows stunning cast details throughout, the entire frame and base is made up of a continuous grape vine with foliage. The mirror is very heavy and crafted well. Areas of wear and surface rust to the iron is shown from age. The mirror is free or cracks or chips, although a light haze can be seen, this is the original glass. The glass is well-fixed to the frame without any movement. A flat head screw along the back of the frame was replaced with a modern stainless screw. less
