There are things you can’t unsee. They remain in your body in the way you hold your shoulders, the way you look slightly to the side, avoiding direct eye contact.
The figure is painted in a cold steel-blue, an almost inhuman color and yet it is impossible not to recognize a human being in it. The fire behind the figure is not a threat; it has already been. The blue streaks running down the chin are neither tears nor blood, but something that found no words and came out differently. The red cross in the depths of the background offers no answer, it only confirms: something happened here.
