Sculptural red Space Age ceramic table lamp produced in Italy during the late 1960s to 1970s.
The lamp is composed of a single glossy ceramic volume interrupted by four geometric openings that diffuse the light indirectly, creating a warm atmospheric glow. The design recalls the architectural experimentation of iconic Italian futuristic lighting such as Marcello Cuneo’s Longobarda lamp, where light emerges through cuts and voids rather than exposed bulbs.
Compact yet visually strong, the lamp maintains a sculptural presence even when switched off thanks to its rounded silhouette and vivid glossy red finish. Once illuminated, it generates a soft ambient light ideal for sideboards, bedside tables, shelving systems or reading corners.
A beautiful example of Italian Space Age lighting with strong decorative and collectible appeal.
The lamp is fully original and fully functional and works with one E14 bulb.
