One of the best most characterful pieces we have seen. The table is made in solid oak throughout and is completely original. The top is of framed oak construction with two panels full of aged character, supported on spindle bobbin legs with a lower shelf where the bolts of fabric would be stored. Beautifully made with doweled joints this table has survived over a hundred years of daily toil. The table retains two original drawers with original ironmongery and a lock key. Our workshop has serviced the table throughout, the drawers run well, the table is stable and ready to go. Workshop Report: Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
