Keil painted with some of the greats, including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso, and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a fabulous painting featuring a protrait of Keil's beloved friend and mentor, Pablo Picasso. It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower left corner and executed with acrylic on board and framed. It is titled "My Friend Pablo Picasso" on the verso. This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear, as well as the frame.
