It is in very good condition with some signs of wear consistent with age and materials, but otherwise in wonderful condition. It is a solid chair with no loose or broken parts. Wrought iron frame has its original finish (though it does have knicks and scratches consistent with age. The vinyl seat does not have any tears, though it does have discoloration consistent with its age and function.
