Authentic mid-century modern clear art glass bowl base by dansk guldsmede-håndværk (dgh), denmark, circa 1960s. This listing includes the original heavy glass base only — no sterling silver lid included.
crafted from thick clear art glass with a softly squared organic form, it works beautifully as a scandinavian modernist catch-all dish, candy bowl, candle holder, or ring tray. Also ideal as a replacement base for an original dgh sterling silver lid.

condition: excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks, only minor shelf wear on the base consistent with age. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
