this is a collaborative piece between the danish lighting manufacturer lyfa and the swedish glassworks orrefors.
the fact that these sconces are no longer in production makes them rare collector's items.

thick, textured, curved, clear glass shades with a slightly yellow tint.

the shades are attached with two brass knobs to brass wall plates.

the wall sconces are beautifully illuminated by the reflection of the bulb on the brass plates.

authenticity labels intact. They can be used with a switch or directly wired into a wall via the round opening in the brass plate. Each piece weighs 1.7 kg.

each sconce requires one e27 bulb, max 25 w. Led compatible.

wear consistent with age and use. We chose not to polish the brass on this pair to preserve the authenticity label on one of them. However, the signs of age are not visible when the glass is in place. An additional hole is visible on the lower right of one of the brass plates; this was for a faulty old switch that we preferred to remove. This does not prevent normal use of the lamp, nor does it weaken the brass. There is a scratch on the glass of the other lamp; this also does not prevent normal use, nor does it weaken the glass. This piece has an attribution mark,
