Cantilever chair designer: walter pabst year: 1955 manufacturer: mauser werke, waldeck country: germany measurements: h 88 cm sh 43 cm w 61 cm d 60 cm material: bent chrome-plated tubular steel, seat and back made of sheet steel, with original imitation leather cover. Condition: good original condition special remarks: with some signs of wear. Age-appropriate patina is worn by the cantilever chair, a design by walter pabst for the mauser werke. The original leatherette cover is patterned in a contemporary way and has a flaw on the upper left edge of the backrest.

This cantilever chair, a bowl-shaped seat with a futuristic tubular steel base is reminiscent of a cocktail chair or car seat.
