This is our red octopus print from our vintage "Les Animaux Marins" series. Please note there are 6 images in this series, see our listings for additional images.
All of our fine art giclee prints are meticulously remastered 18th and 19th century illustrations from old bookplates and antique prints. We print on archival watercolor paper, 100 % heavy cotton rag. All of our prints are done in our Connecticut studio. This is a solid wood frame, gold gilded in a bamboo style. All prints are under glass, hanging hardware on the back. Outer size of the framed image is 11"x9" with the inner art print at 8"x10". This is a petite and charming piece, perfect to tuck into a bookshelf.
