Elevate your espresso service with this striking set of porcelain demitasse cups and saucers, designed by legendary California modernist LaGardo Tackett for Schmid International. Dating to the 1960s, this set beautifully demonstrates Tackett’s signature architectural aesthetic, featuring tall, crisp cylindrical lines and a refined white glaze. It is an exceptional find for collectors of mid-century minimalist design and geometric tableware.
Dimensions - Cup: 2-1/2" W including handle x 1-3/4" D x 4" H. Saucer: 4" Diameter. x 1/2" H. One cup and two saucers retain silver foil "Japan" stickers.
Bonus Note: I am including a free 6th matching cup and saucer to serve as a backup or display piece. Please note that this 6th cup features a small bottom rim chip and is included strictly as a complimentary addition to the pristine 5-piece service.
