Condition Report: Very good vintage condition with an exceptional visual presentation.

Front Artwork View: The hand-applied pochoir pigments remain intensely vivid, bold, and free of sun fading, highlight-streaked by the original metallic silver sheen. Upon close inspection, a faint, light-colored surface smudge or handling rub is present in the upper left foreground path, which blends naturally into the composition. There is a spec of paint loss in the black foreground. The original pencil signature remains cleanly visible in the margin.

Reverse Side: The underlying rigid cardboard backing shows authentic age-related toning, corner wear, and a historic water stain with dark tidelines restricted entirely to the right edge on the reverse side. This vintage backing wear is completely structural, does not affect the central imagery, and is 100% concealed behind the brand-new, pristine double-matting. Frame-ready. See less
