An exceptional antique Louis XVI style marble top cabinet beautifully crafted from solid and burled oak, adorned with finely cast gilt bronze (ormolu) mounts. The table features exquisite craftsmanship, ornate neoclassical ormolu figures, a hand painted porcelain centerpiece depicting a colonial scene framed by a laurel wreath, and cookie corners with curved sides for a refined silhouette. A single drawer sits above the paneled cabinet door enclosing two tiers of shelving secured by a functional skeleton key. The cabinet stands on tapering fluted French style legs and brass capped feet.
The table is in excellent antique condition with very minimal signs of wear; very minor flaws/scratches on the marble, note the cabinet door sits rather tight.
