Designed by british style icon timothy oulton and made by high-end manufacturer halo around 2010, this very impressive and rare tilt, swivel, and height-adjustable armchair is the ideal office chair and is so attractive and comfortable it could even work as an occasional or lounge chair. finished in wonderful heritage-aged ‘vintage cigar’ toned leather, this superb armchair features a generously sized and plumply-padded seat with matching triple back cushions – all stitched into place and with the finishing touches, quality and attention to detail you’d expect from oulton and halo.

substantial, impressively sized and reassuringly heavy, it is set on a brushed aluminium five-star base with smart, quality castors for ease of moving and it has the three features (as well as super comfort) most sought after in an executive desk chair: a smooth swivel mechanism, height adjustable capability and a locking tilt device.

all in all this is an outstanding desk armchair, which won’t fail to add marvellous comfort, quality and a knockout look to any setting.

condition
this superb armchair is in very good used condition. Outstandingly crafted from excellent materials, it is reassuringly heavy and extremely comfortable. Structurally sound and built to last, the leather is in largely excellent condition with only minor to-be-expected cosmetic marks and wear to show its age, which aren’t hugely noticeable due to the original vintage-look treatment of the leather. The leather has been recently treated to keep it rejuvenated and looking its best. The armchair swivels smoothly, tilts and locks in place using one of the levers, and the height adjustment works well using the other lever. Overall this is a wonderful armchair in really lovely condition and if well looked after it should be just as magnificent for decades to come – please see the photos.
