Capturing the soulful charm of early American design, this original watercolor painting by noted Pennsylvania folk artist Jacquelyn "Jackie" Trone (1941–2020) is an exceptional find for collectors of Americana and primitive decor.Executed in the traditional Pennsylvania German Fraktur style, the piece serves as an intricately rendered 1803 family registry for the William and Susanna Walker family. It features nine individual, hand-painted portraits nestled within period-accurate scrollwork and floral motifs. Painted in a classic early 19th-century primitive style. The composition is an artistic homage directly inspired by the famous historical "William & Susanna Ingersoll Family Record" (1818) from Maine. The artwork is signed "TRONE" in the lower right quadrant and is housed in its original, substantial wide-bordered black colonial-style wooden frame.
