Original label on the back from a Madison Avenue gallery called Selected Artists Galleries. Beautifully matted and framed in a solid, hand carved frame. Image size: 9.5 x 6.5 in. Signed lower right. Throughout his career, Kello painted landscapes, seascapes, still-lifes, florals and portraits. Born Aug. 19, 1942, in Norfolk, Virginia, he began his career in painting at the age of nine, according to his father, Charles Kello, Jr. and worked for several years in the family-owned sign painting business.
