It was likely handcrafted in the late 19th Century or early 20th century, and is possibly Czech or Bohemian. It is well made with thick, quality porcelain. It stands 13 inches tall and is about 9 inches across at its thickest. It could have been for a wash pan set up, and also could have been for table service or even watering an outside garden. One thing is for sure: it’s very well made, has lasted through the decades and is absolutely beautiful! See less
