It is topped with a delicately veined pink and orange breccia marble slab, encircled by a molding. The front opens to reveal a drawer in the frieze, adorned with oak stringing and a finely chased bronze pull ring in the form of a laurel wreath, an emblematic motif of the Neoclassical style. Beneath this drawer, a wide central niche offers elegant and practical space for display or storage. The lower section of the cabinet features a door decorated with oval marquetry in light and stained wood, depicting a delicate vase of flowers, a true homage to the floral arrangements so popular at the time. This marquetry highlights the quality of the cabinetmaking and adds a further touch of refinement. The upper sections of the uprights are embellished with beautiful bronze mounts, lending brilliance and verticality to the whole. The interior is exceptionally crafted from Carrara white marble. This small living room table rests on tapered legs, giving it a slender and graceful silhouette.
