Solid wood planter salvaged from an old farmhouse in Aarhus, Denmark. Originally an antique trunk, this piece exemplifies functional Danish design with clean lines and robust construction. Following the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, the wood's surface retains watermarks and patina from its former use as a planter. The back edge still bears the marks of the original trunk lid hinges, adding a historical narrative to the material.
