The sofa comes from a prestigious villa in Prague in the Bubeneč district, a villa directly adjacent to the Koukola Villa and the Pellé Villa. The sofa is made of beech wood and genuine leather, and is in perfect condition for its age, it can be used normally. The set has been perfectly cleaned, treated with leather balm and minor cracks in the leather have been repaired.
