An unusual piece of a Black Forest mirror that has been elaborately handcarved out of basswood in an exceptional style. The main frame has been crafted in a very artfully, uncommon manner of tree branches and shows additional slim bars on the outside. The dark brown varnished surface accentuates these carvings and confers this beautiful antique mirror this special kind of rustic charme.
