Waterfall is a true "sartorial chandelier," born from the visceral inspiration of Italian designer Dario Nasuti and his deep background in high fashion. The artwork is an homage to the fluid elegance of evening gowns: the rigidity of metal is entirely dissolved to make way for a sculptural drape that floats in space, bringing the grace of the runway into interior design.

Production Process: Metal Weaving and Moulage
The entire piece is handcrafted in Parma, Italy, through a hybrid process of mechanical metalwork and pure tailoring:

Sartorial Sculpture: The silver metallic mesh fabric is strictly hand-cut into strips of random, asymmetrical lengths and widths. Instead of using welds or glues, the designer applies the draping technique: he layers and arranges the mesh, attaching it to the structure with concealed hand-stitches using a heavy-duty needle and thread, exactly as one would tailor a bespoke dress.

The Structure: The base is a solid steel ceiling plate (80x27x6 cm) handcrafted in a specialized workshop in the Emilian mechanical district.

The "Iridescent Velvet" Effect: The theatrical heart of Waterfall lies in its chromatic contrast. The three long cylindrical LED bulbs (30 cm) emit a warm light that, reflecting on the silver weave of the metallic mesh, releases unexpected coppery nuances. The final visual effect transforms cold metal into a warm, vibrant "iridescent velvet."
