This 1960s … Read more Beautiful elegant vintage Mid-Century Danish Design display cabinet made of solid teak and teak veneer from the 1960s. This 1960s display cabinet is an excellent example of German furniture design. Functionality is combined with a clean, angular aesthetic. The striking base gives the piece a stable yet airy presence in the room.

Two glass panels in the upper section provide visibility of the contents and display your collectibles in a dust-free environment. A special detail is the fixed shelving, supported by elegant brass brackets—a subtle yet refined contrast with the warm teak wood.

Below the display section are two drop-down drawers with beautifully curved wooden handles, giving this cabinet its sought-after Scandinavian design feel. The back of the cabinet is marked with a label from the German company BeTe Wohnmeubel (see photos).

This Mid-Century display cabinet measures 107.5 cm in width, 145 cm in height, and 30.5 cm in depth at the top, and 38 cm in depth at the bottom. The drop-down drawers are 29 cm high and 49 cm wide.
