Niels Otto Laursen Møller was a Danish cabinetmaker, furniture designer, and entrepreneur.

Møller initially completed a cabinetmaking apprenticeship before studying at the Design School in Aarhus. In 1944, he founded J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik A/S, which is still run by his two sons at the same location today. For the company, the designer created numerous iconic designs that are now considered prime examples of Danish mid-century design. Møller's work is characterized by the highest level of craftsmanship combined with elegant Scandinavian aesthetics. The No. 71 chair is an early work from 1951 and is now among his most famous designs. This piece has an attribution mark,
