CONDITION | UPSCALE STAGING USE, BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION

This table was used for upscale staging and presents beautifully overall. The structure is solid, and the finish retains its rich texture and grain definition.

There is one minor touch-up on a corner area that blends naturally with the organic grain and finish variation of the oak. It is subtle and not visually distracting in everyday use. There are also a few additional small touch-up areas that blend well with the finish and are difficult to notice unless closely inspected.

The table may show a few very minor surface marks from handling and transport that do not penetrate the finish and are very difficult to detect in normal lighting.

As with any staging item, minor signs of handling, placement, or transport may be present upon close inspection, but nothing that detracts from the overall presentation or functionality. Overall, the piece remains clean, well-maintained, and highly presentable, ready for immediate placement.
