An elegant pair of Italian wall sconces in gilded brass, dating from the 1950s, in the style of the renowned Banci Firenze designs.
These sculptural sconces captivate with their exquisitely refined floral motif, composed of broad, veined leaves, delicate scrolls, and stylized tulips forming the points of light. The patinated and gilded brass finish offers magnificent, warm reflections and highlights the exquisite craftsmanship of this post-war Italian production.
The highly organic and poetic design evokes the Florentine creations of Banci Firenze, emblematic of Italian design in the 1950s and 60s, blending Baroque elegance with decorative sophistication.
Each sconce features several light arms as well as two upper light elements concealed within the flowers, creating a particularly warm and dramatic ambiance when illuminated.
