Description:
Impressive contemporary light sculpture entitled "Molla," a unique piece signed and handcrafted by sculptor Simon Saronni. This work of Recycled Art in an Industrial Chic and Brutalist style was created by assembling heavy industrial mechanical components (a massive spring surrounding the light source and a massive gear/flywheel as its base) with exposed welds and a rough burnished metal finish. Weighing a remarkable 10.50 kg, it is preserved in excellent artistic condition, with a fully functional modern electrical system integrated into the structure.
