A beautifully presented pair of framed botanical specimen reproductions, taken from mid-19th-century hand-labeled studies dated 1846 and 1849. The works depict Charlock Mustard (Sinapis arvensis) and Creeping Crowfoot (Ranunculus repens), each rendered in soft blue botanical detail with handwritten scientific notation, collection dates, and location references that evoke the feel of an English field journal or herbarium archive.
The prints are housed in richly patinated gilt bamboo-style frames with layered cream and gold matting, giving the pair an elevated, collected look that works beautifully in traditional, English country, grandmillennial, or layered designer interiors.
Versatile in scale—ideal for a powder room, study, kitchen, bookshelf styling, or incorporated into a larger gallery wall.
