Gorgeous thick wood frame with hand-carved lady's bust on the front leg pieces. I believe the wood is cherry, the finish is rich. This is a heavy chair due to the wood frame, and quite comfortable as well. Definitely a conversation piece! I call her Lady Jane, she has been in the family for many, many years. See less
