This is a custom Restoration Hardware Italia Track Arm 2-cushion sofa with oak base in performance fabric, oversized at 10 feet wide and 41 inches deep, with down-filled cushions that strike that rare balance between tailored design and actual comfort. RH describes the line as inspired by 1950s Italian modernism, with a minimalist elevated silhouette and handcrafted construction, which is exactly why we chose it.

What we’ve loved most is that it feels substantial and architectural without being cold. It’s the kind of sofa that makes a living room feel finished. Deep enough to truly lounge on, large enough for the whole family to pile onto for movies, but still visually clean and sophisticated.

The performance fabric has held up beautifully, and the sofa is in great condition. If you know RH, you know this is a significant investment piece, and the scale/custom configuration makes it especially hard to find secondhand.
