The drawers feature handles cut from a single continuous layer of teak, a method that avoids additional hardware and ensures consistent detailing. The glass-fronted cabinet allows for display as well as storage. The shelving is supported by triangular black metal brackets, which connect the shelves to the vertical supports and create a visual contrast with the teak and brass. These brackets provide both structural stability and compositional balance. The modular design allows cabinets and shelves to be repositioned along the supports, offering flexibility in use and layout.

The wall unit received a gentle restoration, focussing on the finish and construction. The wall unit shows small signs of and use especially on the triangle shaped metal details. The cabinet and drawers have also received restoration and the drawers and glass doors function very well.
