The Original Lancaster Recliner from Restoration Hardware blends traditional detailing with deep, relaxed comfort. Rolled arms and turned hardwood feet nod to classic English-inspired upholstery, while the generous proportions and streamlined silhouette create a more refined, updated feel.
Designed for both comfort and longevity, the recliner features RH’s heirloom-quality 8-way hand-tied suspension paired with a kiln-dried hardwood frame and plush Down-Feather fill.
Upholstered in Italian Brompton leather in Cocoa, the chair develops a rich patina over time, softening and evolving with use for an authentic lived-in character.

CONDITION | UPSCALE STAGING USE
Manufactured in April 2024, this recliner was used for upscale staging and presents beautifully overall. The leather remains rich and supple, the cushions are full and supportive, and the reclining mechanism functions smoothly.
There are scratch marks visible on the right-hand arm. The leather has been conditioned and hand-massaged to help redistribute the oils, allowing the markings to blend more naturally into the surrounding leather. The scratching remains lightly visible when light catches the surface and is expected to continue softening and blending with use over time.
As with any staging item, minor signs of handling or placement may be present upon close inspection, but overall the chair remains clean, well-maintained, and placement-ready.
