Vintage Professional Scale Boni Italy Cheese Knife Set
Set of 3
These vintage cheese knives were produced in Italy by the renowned Italian dairy producer Boni SpA. They all have stainless steel blades and beechwood handles. These knives were specifically designed for the traditional breakdown and service of Italian hard cheeses. The two rounded spade-shaped knives are called Tagliagrana and are used to crack and crumble the cheese into natural chunks. The hooked knife is used to score rinds and slice semi-hard varieties of cheese.
