Featuring … Read more An exquisite 20th-century milk or syrup pourer/jug in solid 800 silver (weight: 277 g), attributed to high-quality italian silversmithing. Featuring a sculptural design with a body embellished with bulbous embossing, a top and inside of the spout finely engraved with scrolls and floral motifs, and a handle chiseled with a leaf-like decoration. It bears the silver hallmark and the inscription "lavorato a mano" (handcrafted) on the bottom. In excellent vintage condition, structurally intact and free of dents, with a uniform and well-preserved period patina.
