Standing 11.5 inches tall, made with thick, quality crystal in very rare and unique “bell-shaped” design. Intended for port wine service and likely crafted by a small “mom & pop” glass manufacturer, this is a cool piece!
It is adorned and cut with a mix of starburst and diamond shaped etchings and on the stopper, more of a honeycomb pattern. Dubbed being from the “Guilded Age” of America.
What a beauty! She is in absolutely wonderful condition for likely being made in the 1960’s/70’s and was obviously taken care of being on display, no doubt. I purchased this one second hand from a local seller who didn’t know what she had! Honestly, I didn’t even know what I was purchasing when I did either, it was after looking it up that I found out how unique this decanter is. What a find! I hope you love it as much as I have.
