Chinoiserie Shenanigans Toile is our playful twist on a classic chintz-inspired wallpaper design. We started with all the elements you’d expect in a traditional toile: pagoda motifs, bamboo details, and exotic creatures, then gave it a sparkling upgrade by turning the animals into the life of the party.
Look closely, and you’ll spot monkeys hosting their own carefree house party in the pagoda, raising martinis, clinking glasses, and swinging from bamboo as they celebrate. Every character, pagoda and bamboo stem was hand-painted by my talented friend before being arranged into this whimsical stripe.
This wallpaper is made for rooms where unforgettable gatherings happen. Install it in a lively restaurant, a dining room built for hosting or any space that could use a little mischief, charm and champagne-fueled fun.
