The heavy, weathered character and the original paintings give the whole a special appeal. Both the design and the painting are simple and primitive, yet authentic and a typical example of regional folk art. This particular piece is richly and colorfully decorated with a variety of colors and motifs, featuring many floral heads and tendrils. The base color is grey-blue. The cabinet has been professionally inspected in its entirety, with an eye for originality and character. The construction is solid, the painting is worn but conserved, and the patina has been preserved. The interior consists of three shelves. The cabinet closes with the original, working lock. Old, sporadically present traces of woodworm have been checked and treated. Bridal cabinets like this are rarely encountered.
